I was part of East African Model UN for four years, moving from delegate experience into senior leadership. Along the way I won Best Speaker and Best Resolution awards before becoming a Senior Chair.

The role required operating inside a high-performing team while keeping large student committees structured, fair, and productive.
- Managed Model UN events serving around 600 students.
- Handled committees of 150+ students.
- Provided training for junior chairs and prepared chairing exams.
- Helped students debate, write resolutions, and move through formal committee procedure.
