Airavat Tours and Travel LTD is a real business based in Kenya. Travel agencies often struggle with fragmented communication channels, manual data entry, and delayed response times. My goal was to build a comprehensive, automated system that seamlessly bridges lead generation and customer management.
This project serves as the cornerstone of my AI Automation portfolio, demonstrating my ability to construct robust workflows that drive real business value.
I designed the infrastructure to act as a complete funnel, linking the front-end directly to the backend CRM and communication logic.
The website is optimized for speed and user experience, guiding visitors seamlessly towards making an enquiry via forms or directly to the WhatsApp bot.
Supabase handles secure data storage. The schema is designed to scale, accommodating leads, travel preferences, and interaction histories.
Using n8n, I bridged the gap between the website, WhatsApp, and Supabase. Workflows listen for new inputs, triggering intelligent, context-aware responses to users without manual intervention.
To keep travel packages competitively priced, I designed a specialized n8n workflow that automatically intercepts incoming supplier emails, extracts the updated rates using AI parsing, and updates the central database. This completely eliminates the manual overhead of updating pricing sheets.
To support this structural build, I completed the official n8n First Workflows certification, reinforcing my practical implementation with recognized credentialing in workflow design and automation.
