Zyft Health

A concept for an AI health-tracking platform for independent gyms. Zyft has not partnered with gyms or launched pilots yet.

[01] Context

Enterprise gym chains often have access to analytics, member-retention tooling, and structured health tracking that smaller operators may not be able to justify or maintain. Zyft Health is an early concept exploring whether a lighter AI-assisted tool could help independent gyms review member progress more clearly.

This is not an operating product yet. Zyft has no active gym partnerships, no signed pilots, and no live customer deployment. The current work is concept validation and product framing.

[02] Role & Scope

I am responsible for shaping the concept: product strategy, UX direction, frontend exploration, assumptions mapping, and early validation planning.

  • Define the proposed MVP around the smallest useful coaching loops.
  • Map assumptions about what independent gyms may need before treating them as requirements.
  • Explore frontend flows and product messaging for a concept website.
  • Prepare for future customer discovery conversations without claiming partnerships.
[03] Approach

Research

Early discovery is focused on understanding how independent gyms currently think about member progress, coach feedback, and retention. This is still exploratory and has not become a formal partnership pipeline.

Product

The proposed MVP is structured around three possible loops: logging, weekly review, and coach feedback. Each loop is being treated as a hypothesis to test, not a finished product claim.

Build

The concept website uses Next.js, TypeScript, and Tailwind. The product stack and AI layer are still being scoped and should be read as exploratory rather than production-ready.

Validation

The next step is to test whether the problem is real enough for independent gym operators before pursuing pilots, partnerships, or deeper product development.

[05] Where It Stands

As of mid-2026, Zyft is a concept only. There are no gym partnerships, no active pilots, and no live deployment. The next milestone is honest validation: confirming whether independent gyms actually experience this problem strongly enough to justify a product.
